What You Will Do:

As a Trial Counsel, you will be working on large value cases which typically make it all the way through the mediation and/or trial process, but may settle prior to mediation. You will also:

1. Provide exceptional legal support and guide our clients through the case process while maintaining positive relationships with our clients
2. Draft and file litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests and responses, demands, motions and memoranda of law.
3. Interact with expert witnesses by way of conferences, drafting of expert reports, and affidavits
4. Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, heating, court appearances, and trials.
5. Work closely with Litigation paralegals and other support staff.

Requirements

• Law license and in good standing with the SC or NC Bar Associations
• 1-3 years of Plaintiff's Personal Injury Litigation experience
• OCD-type personality
• A solid work ethic
• A burning desire for unlimited growth
• A commitment to stay current in your craft
