The Lift Maintenance Technician will be an essential member of Woodward Park City's team, reporting to the Woodward Park City Mountain Manager. The successful applicant will be responsible for the maintenance on all Woodward Park City lifts, including a fixed grip quad and three conveyor surface lifts. In addition to lift maintenance, this position will also be cross trained in other operations and maintenance areas to provide support as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform all facets of maintenance on our system of lifts to ensure the safe and reliable transportation of our guests and employees
- Ensure all lifts are in compliance with company, state and federal rules and regulations
- Must be able to read and understand prints and manuals for all the lifts
- Responsible for keeping records of all maintenance performed
- Be able to follow all safety protocols and company policies
- Plan, execute, and coordinate all lift checks and have a plan for weekly or monthly tasks
- Executes and maintains good communication skills and has a positive attitude
- Must be able to work as a team and alone
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and learn new skills
- Ability to collaborate well with all departments involved with aerial and surface lifts
- Other duties as assigned
