WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

You usually work Monday - Friday, but weekend availability is desired.

As an Auto Repair Service Writer, your job is to help our technicians be as informed as possible about every vehicle's issues. You speak with customers about their automotive problems and conduct inspections to help figure out what's going on. Then, you create clear repair orders for the techs. You create accurate cost estimates for the job and explain to the customer why it's important for them to approve all the work. If anything comes up during the service or the vehicle is ready, you let the customer know. You maintain accurate records and schedules, helping every workday go off smoothly!

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

• 1 years of service writing experience
• 2 years of professional experience
• Valid driver's license

A high school degree or equivalent would be preferred.
