Summary

Responsible for stocking and rotating all points of distribution of Red Bull products in designated territory/accounts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Responsible for merchandising standards at assigned accounts, including point of sale and cleanliness.
  • Execute and monitor programs setup by Red Bull and Power Management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with store personnel to help achieve sales goals.
  • Check in and out with supervisor daily.
  • Communicate all issues to Power Management.
  • Update all survey data in handheld daily.

Work Schedule

This position will work a consecutive 5 days during the week.

  • Tuesday thru Saturday
  • Hours will vary but usually starting time will be 7:00 a.m.


Compensation


This position will qualify for Merchandiser rate of pay as agreed to and stated in the CBA.

  • Car allowance: $250 per month

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.


Education and/or Experience

Required:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Reliable, independent transportation


Preferred:

  • Knowledge of the beverage or retail market


Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively communicate details, concepts, analysis results, and substantiation via verbal or written mediums. Ability to speak effectively and present information before groups of customers or employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and apply concepts to practical situations. Ability to read and interpret figures, graphs and plots. Ability to manage, organize, analyze and decipher large amounts of data.

Reasoning Ability

Computer Skills

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand, talk or hear, and use hands to finger, handle or feel. The employee is frequently required stand or walk. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance; sit; reach above shoulders; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
