FP&A Reporting Lead
POWER Engineers, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time FP&A Reporting Lead. This position will primarily provide quality analysis and reporting to support the Corporate and Production Divisions management of the business.
This position will reside in a POWER Engineers, Inc. office with consideration to work in a hybrid schedule (office/WFH) or be remote.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Management experience
- Develop and maintain necessary monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
- Can develop or troubleshoot reports in a report writer and understand the data it is based on
- Ability to problem solve and figure out if data doesn’t look accurate prior to sending out
- Solid understanding of Accounting and Financial Statements
- D&B monitoring and S&P reporting
- Prepare reports and analyses for various Management and Board meetings
- Work closely with Corporate and Production Divisions to develop new tools and analyses to support their needs
- Support various corporate / Production functions for reporting and plan / forecast support
- Work closely with Accounting and FP&A to provide needed reporting, improve processes, and provide report maintenance activities
Required Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Five (5) years of finance, accounting, or FP&A experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Understanding FP&A, accounting, and business processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Desired Education/Experience:
- Five (5) years of progressive finance and/or accounting experience
- ERP, BI and FP&A experience preferred
- Experience with FP&A or financial system development or implementations
- Forecasting and financial planning experience
- Python, R, MS Apps, or RPA a plus
