Case Manager- Personal injury Law Firm

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our team. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to attorneys and legal teams in managing and organizing case files. This is a crucial role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys and legal teams in managing case files and documents
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
- Prepare legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and pleadings
- Maintain document management systems and ensure accurate and up-to-date records
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, depositions, and court appearances
- Interview clients and witnesses to gather necessary information for cases
- Transcribe dictations and prepare accurate written summaries
- Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness lists

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Case Manager or in a similar legal administrative role is preferred
- Proficiency in using Filevine, Microsoft One Drive or other document management systems
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to conduct thorough legal research using various resources
- Familiarity with interviewing techniques for gathering information from clients and witnesses
- Experience with transcribing dictations accurately and efficiently
- Paralegal certification or equivalent experience is a plus

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
