As a Technical Marketing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between technical expertise and market awareness. Responsibilities:
Marketing Collateral: Develop compelling marketing materials such as datasheets, whitepapers, case studies, presentations, and customer success stories that effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.
Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide marketing expertise during sales meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Use insights to refine marketing strategies and differentiate our offerings effectively.
Product Positioning: Work with the marketing team to develop and refine product positioning and messaging. Tailor messaging to resonate with specific target markets and buyer personas.
5. Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, blogs, and email campaigns. Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Feedback Loop: Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, gathering feedback on product functionality, performance, and customer satisfaction. Use feedback to drive product improvements and inform future marketing strategies.
Experience:
Proven experience in technical marketing, product marketing, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and other marketing tools.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to create compelling marketing content and presentations.
