Marine Technician

The Power Lodge family is looking for a Marine Technician to join our team. This position plays an extremely important role in customer satisfaction and the overall continued success of Power Lodge’s growing Marine offerings.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide timely, dependable, high-quality service to customers.
• Diagnose the failure mode using the appropriate technical manual procedures and specialty tools.
• Perform complete component removal, disassembly, and reconditioning.
• Perform repairs on all marine machine systems and components.
• Ensure service repair work is completed in accordance with factory specifications.
• Report any additional work required to the Service Manager, for proper and safe equipment operation for the customer.
• Prepare all reports and forms required in conjunction with repair orders.
• Tag and properly store all warranty parts.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations while working on equipment.
• Demonstrate skills to other technicians as requested.
• Attend paid training and education classes on brands that are sold and serviced.
• Maintain certifications as requested.
• Any other duties assigned by Management.
• Keep work area as clean as possible.
