Position: Business Development Associate

Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to potential clients through strategic outbound campaigns.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of our solar services for large-scale projects.
• Schedule and coordinate follow-up appointments for our senior sales team.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups through CRM software.

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and honesty as a core value.
• Strong experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, particularly with high-value projects.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• A quick thinker who can respond to clients' needs efficiently.
• Basic understanding of the renewable energy industry.
