Position Summary
This position will provide administration support to the local office as well as collaborating with other administrators.
Role Responsibilities
- Greet all guests and answers phones
- Provide support to the management, operational, and fleet teams.
- Assist with data entry of project test data
- Assist payroll with timecard modification for local team.
- Oversee management of office supplies and office maintenance
- Manage fleet maintenance, registration and WEX cards
- Manage uniform program for all US employees
- Accounting Support: including but not limited to invoicing, check deposits, AR tracking.
- General Admin support for local Sales Team
Required Skills/Abilities
- Strong communications skills, both verbal and written.
- Collaborates well with colleagues using adept social skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively and collaboratively with others as well as operate with a minimum of supervision once proper training has been received
- Basic Accounting knowledge.
- Learn quickly and the ability to problem-solve
- Proficient in word, excel, and outlook
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency when completing assigned tasks
- Ability to multitask
Education and Experience
- Associate degree required or equivalent experience – I don’t remember in our discussion requiring this – not a problem just don’t remember it.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Admin experience
- Notary – preferred, but not required
