JOB DESCRIPTION

EVESCO LLC is a Power-Sonic Corporation company and is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team located in Reno, Nevada. Our company specializes in Electric Vehicle Energy Storage and EV Charging infrastructure. We are directly involved in the rapid deployment of the EV charging infrastructure across the world. We are fully involved in designing innovative products and customized hardware solutions into a standard product set. Our product line includes advanced state-of-art BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) and software solutions to power EV Charging deployment to eliminate demand charges and improve the reliability of the chargers. As part of the EVESCO team, we combine our global resources to successfully support our partners with unique and market-leading product solutions. POSITION SUMMARY AND OBJECTIVE

We are looking for an individual with a passion for managing the implementation of a project and the ability to contribute to product development, building and driving new lines of business and translating customer needs into product solutions. The successful candidate must have the skills to manage a project from start to finish by using scheduling tools and tracking the details required for a successful implementation. Additionally, we are looking for candidates that can identify a need, developing a business case for product improvements, and the ability to take a new product to launch and beyond. The ideal candidate will have experience and training in project management (PMP).

You will be responsible for managing and driving project initiatives through implementation and in the process acting as a commercial representative for high-profile customers. You will work closely with our engineering team to ensure feature and project deliverables are on target and on time. You will work closely with the commercial, supply chain, operations, marketing, and support teams to gain a deep understanding of the needs of our customers and will have a keen eye for identifying and solving problems that deliver true benefits. You will have energy and enthusiasm for customers and products and take pride in being in a team motivated by excellence and growth. You must enjoy working in an open and fast-paced environment and possess a "can-do" attitude. Direct customer communications, Microsoft Office knowledge, hands-on skills, and limited domestic and international travel is required. Gantt Chart, SLD, and Solidworks experience will be a bonus.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the project during the whole life cycle including continuous follow-up to ensure the customer is trained, informed, and the EVESCO products are working as designed.
• Coordinate and allocate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects.
• Develop and implement a project plan to monitor track process.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Create and present opportunities in conjunction with Engineering leadership & the sales team for product improvements for approval.
• Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders and meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
• Encourage and facilitate knowledge building, networking, cross functional and organizational exchange of information.
• Provide internal and external product training.
• Manage product performance and field issues with coordination between customer, technical and manufacturing teams.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of new and emerging technologies.
• Maintain knowledge and make use of existing products within the EVESCO / Power-Sonic Group of companies.
• Travel as required for customer introduction, start-ups, servicing issues and industry events.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Proven working experience in project management.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• Working knowledge of the EVESCO Product, electrical, industry and standards.
• Management experience including a strong ability to prioritize, plan, organize, and execute.
• Technical and/or Engineering degree – min. 2-year degree
• Working in a technical or engineering environment
• Strong strategic and analytical skills
• Experience in relationship management including strong customer service orientation.
• Proficient with CRM, CAD and ERP systems–Solidworks and Microsoft Dynamics NAV experience preferred.
• Sound knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Hands-on skills – proficient with hand tools and electrical wiring standards to know the difference between good and bad workmanship.
• Meets and/or exceeds mutually agreed upon sales goals and objectives.
• Practices honesty and integrity in communication to customers.
• Always presents a professional image to all stakeholders of the business.
• Adheres to established company policies/procedures.
• Assumes additional responsibilities as requested.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Any combination of education and experience in project management a customer-facing role with the required skill and knowledge for successful performance in company growth. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:

1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably, Engineering or Business, from an accredited college or university.

2. Five years of professional experience as a Project Manager and/or any experience in Electric Vehicle Charging, Battery Storage Energy System, Uninterrupted Power Supply Units, and battery industry.

REQUIRED CAPABILITIES

• Knowledge

Good understanding of all facets of the Project management skills (PMP/PMI). This includes telephonic and internet/email communication knowledge along with related detailed selling, administrative and technical product skills. Possesses proficiency with computer skills, Microsoft Office, CRM, and BI business intelligence programs desired.

• Skill

A highly motivated individual, comfortable in a fast-paced environment with effective listening and negotiating skills. Communicates clearly and effectively orally and in writing, dealing constructively with conflict, collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from a wide variety of sources and taking appropriate actions. Possess the ability to maintain a professional and supportive demeanor while representing the company and our suppliers to customers.
