Power3 Solutions is hiring a Overpayment Analyst to join our team in Charleston, SC! This position offers a hybrid schedule – 3 days on-site, 2 days telework.

Job tasks will include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Assist with employee training – including training development
  • Ensure accuracy of data for processing
  • Project support
  • Create and maintain Quality Work Instructions and Reference Documents
  • Overpayment transactions – process and audit
  • Communicate overpayments to customers
  • Point of contact for Payroll Customer Support
  • Retrieve, research and analyze pay history using financial systems
  • Calculate overpayments
  • Monitor debt collections  - monitor until case is closed
  • Correct errors in the pay processing system
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
  • Intermediate skills in MS Excel and MS Word
  • US Citizenship
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in payroll processing is preferred
