What are the responsibilities and job description for the ECS Storage Engineer (U.S. Citizen) position at POWERHOUSE INSTITUTE INC?
Note: This is a 6–9-month engagement.
Responsibilities
Our client is deploying a digital library solution, and ideal candidate will provide support to the client team who are trained but have minimal hands-on technology experience.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen as mandated by the government program.
- Must be able to qualify/hold a Public Trust Investigation AND be able to qualify/hold a future secret clearance.
- Candidate must have flexibility to be on-site (Albuquerque NM) one week every month or one week every quarter (TBD).
- 1 year of experience with ECS administration and troubleshooting.
- 1 year of experience with Data Domain administration and troubleshooting and experience with IDPA.
- 1 year of experience with PowerScale administration and troubleshooting.
- Experience with VMWare on HCI platform, Elastic Container Service (ECS) as primary and Isilon as secondary skillset.
- Experience with Superna Golden Copy is a PLUS.
