Quality Service Inspector - Part Time

Summary

This position is responsible for inspecting and measuring the exterior parking lot and landscapes of commercial properties on a regular scheduled route or on an as-needed basis specific to the assigned region in your area. Occasional travel maybe requested outside your territory within the US based on your availability and willingness to assist with other projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Inspect commercial landscape properties and meet with site managers to ensure the correct contracted services are being performed at the sites.
• When requested, meet with Customer personnel to review and discuss specific requests that are creating pain for the customer or Dentco a Powerhouse Company to help resolve by documenting a full account of the meeting and taking pictures.
• Perform inspections, taking digital pictures to include but not limited to turf, mulch and plant beds, municipal and private walks, retention ponds, trees and shrubs, building including doors, emergency exits, and parking lots.
• Documenting condition of site using a laptop computer, and uploading both the pictures and commentary to our company website for Dentco and Customer review.
• Identify additional income potential while on site – e.g dead plant material, parking lot repairs, pressure washing etc.
• Would be responsible for calling from the site if less than satisfactory conditions existed.
• Obtain physical square footage measurements and determine complete physical boundaries of customer site using a measuring wheel.
• Calculate all total square footages for specific aspects of each property including turf, asphalt, beds, etc.
• Document all square footages and narrative notes on an inventory template and submit to the corporate office for further processing.
• Regular travel is required with two to three days’ notice on average to assist with projects. Normal routes are set up on a regular schedule in advance.
• You would be expected to check e-mail communication from Dentco daily

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Personal cell phone.
• Have an automobile in good working condition.

• Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work well with remote supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail.

Must pass drug screen and criminal background check.
