What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN Fellow position at Powers Health?
The goal of the RN Fellow program is to assist the Nursing student with the development of clinical skills. The RN Fellow, in an atmosphere of acceptance and support, will learn the art and science of Nursing within the framework of The Community Healthcare System philosophy, goals, and standards of care. Under the direct supervision of the team leader, the RN Fellow shall be given time to learn, and an opportunity to practice. Education/Experience: Current enrollment in an accredited School of Nursing in good standing. Must have successfully completed at least one semester of clinical experience which included basic nursing fundamentals in a clinical setting. Current CPR.
