As a Business Architect, you will be responsible for understanding business processes and needs, identifying opportunities, and translating them into capability roadmaps to streamline processes and drive efficiencies. This role excels in bridging the gap between business and technology, and requires strong communication decomposing complex concepts in simple, non-technical terms. You will play a crucial role in guiding project teams, ensuring they have the necessary strategies and supporting artifacts to implement their initiatives successfully.

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $125,000 – $145,000. The compensation range is specific to the United States and incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
