Chemical Managment Coordinator

As a CHEMICALS MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR, you will provide technical support to customers by ensuring efficient management of product inventories while meeting cost, quality and delivery objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Customer forecast analysis to define consumption plans and ensure program compliance.
• Maintain efficient inventories to guarantee material coverage at customer's plant.
• Performs physical inventory of PRC designated.
• Rotates material as required to prevent stock-outs and expired material.
• Optimally communicate material reorder requirements to customer's purchasing department and or places replenishment order in customer's computer system. Communicates reorder and/or receipt reorder requirements with the PRC Customer Service Department.
• Performs inventory-receiving functions to assure material is available for customer production requirements.
• Communicates with customer regarding QC and HMM Document retention.
• Performs action plans sought at continuous improvement of processes and products supplied to the customer.

 

Qualifications

• Previous Purchasing, Material Handling and Customer Service experience preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering is required.
• Fluent English.
• Proven ability in technical service and chemical management.
