Hiring Immediately a Full Time Retail Store Delivery Associate 

 

 

Pay rate starting at $17 /hr.

We are hiring customer service minded team members for our Full Time Retail Store Delivery Associate position. You will be the face of our company in the store and out in the community by providing outstanding customer service and developing relationships with new and existing customers. While in the store you will assist customers with all paint related needs, including recommending additional products. When out in the public, will be delivering products to customers using a company vehicle. 

 

Store Delivery Associate Key Responsibilities: 

• Greet and assess customer needs and offer solutions as they come into store 

• Perform pre/post trip inspection on delivery vehicle 

• Load vehicle and match products to customer paperwork for accuracy 

• Transport and deliver paint and supplies from PPG to customer locations 

• Mix, tint and match paint to customer request 

• Suggest and upsell additional useful products  

• Ensure company vehicle and store are clean and well stocked 

• Lift, move and stock paint and other store products safely  

• Ensure PPG high service standards are maintained in the store and in the field  

 

Store Delivery Associate Qualifications: 

• Strong customer service skills with an energetic, team orientated and creative mindset 

• Must be at least 18 years of age 

• Must have a valid driver's license, with no restrictions and an acceptable driving record 

• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays and probable overtime, if needed 

• Ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 40 – 60 pounds routinely 

• Position requires ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift, carry, and reach routinely
