What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Alpharetta position at PPG?

We are looking for passionate Therapists for full time roles. The ideal candidate will be motivated by joining a quickly growing organization, and excited to help us improve the care experience for patients and providers. Applicants must be licensed to practice and have experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
Mental Health Therapist Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
- Facilitate sessions with individuals, groups, or families
- Refer clients to specialists if necessary
- Create a treatment plan based on each client's needs
- Monitor client progress during treatment
- Fully Licensed Therapist (LPC, LMFT, or similar)
- Prior experience in psychotherapy
- Examine issues including substance abuse, aging, bullying, anger management, careers, depression, relationships, LGBTQ issues, self-image, stress and suicide
- Help clients define goals, plan action and gain insight
- Take a holistic (mind and body) approach to mental health care
