What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Recipe Coordinator position at PPG?
As a Production Recipe Coordinator working onsite in Delaware, OH, you will ensure manufacturing process quality through ERP (Oracle) recipe maintenance. Reporting directly to the Quality Operations Supervisor as a member of the Quality Operations team, you will work with multiple support teams and apply manufacturing knowledge in daily responsibilities. You are a model performer while working to collaborate with other support function teams to ensure recipe suitability in production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate recipe approval process before initial production.
Facilitate recipe review process following initial production.
Review and accomplish recipe modification requests requested by Operations Planning and Quality Engineering teams.
Prioritize, review, and accomplish Formula, Recipe, and Routing modifications in ERP system.
Update Oracle recipe components together with review processes.
Maintain detailed understanding of manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree.
Experience with Oracle ERP system.
Experience in Delaware manufacturing environment.
