PURPOSE OF POSITION
Produce defined quantity of parts and components according to company and customer specifications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.
More specifically, the employee owner will:
- Operate CNC machine.
- Setup CNC machine using prints, schedules, and tooling.
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance, including but not limited to checking oil, grease, and coolant.
- Perform housekeeping in area, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, and cleaning tools and machine.
- Measure and record parts and components to verify accuracy according to specifications.
EDUCATION – EXPERIENCE – COMPUTER SKILLS
- High school diploma or a general education degree (GED);
- One- or three-months related experience and/or training; or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
TRAINING – CERTIFICATIONS – LICENSES
- Continually participate in additional training related to the job.

- Specific hearing abilities required for this job include the ability to hear equipment alarms and the ability to hear instructions from others.
ENVIRONMENTAL ADAPTABILITY
- The noise level in the work environment is usually loud when in the manufacturing facility.
- Frequently exposed to wet or humid conditions(non-weather), work near moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and vibration.
- Occasionally exposed to outdoor weather conditions, and risk of electrical shock.
- Steel-toe safety shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection.
