Program Manager

• Respond to service interruptions/issues within one hour and escalate as necessary.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve or escalate tickets submitted via the CIO/CONOPS Service Center within four hours.
• Notify proper Government officials within one hour of assessment of issues requiring resolution exceeding four hours.
• Participate in teleconferences or local meetings regarding SharePoint issues, training, innovation, and collaboration.
• Coordinate with Government lead to train end users on developed solutions. · Construct end user training material for developed solutions.
• Draft technical documentation for developed solutions to ensure continuity.
• Gather customer requirements, conduct analysis, and translate into specifications.
• Streamline, refine, and reduce redundancy within customer business processes.
• Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain workflows to automate logical steps and notification actions.
• Conduct KM activities to capture, share, and manage organizational knowledge.
• Design and develop training material to educate end users on collaboration platforms.
• Develop and conduct end user training to improve productivity.
• Maintain a master training schedule covering supported IM&T systems and solutions.
• Lead teams on large projects or significant segments.
• Analyse new and complex project-related problems and create innovative solutions.
• Prepare long and short-range plans necessary for project execution.
• Oversee all aspects of projects.
• Define project processes subject to quality assurance standards.
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance activities, including audits, reviews, and code inspections.
• Identify, monitor, track, and control risks throughout the life of projects.
• Implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans as necessary.
• Integrate comprehensive Risk Management Plans into project management methodology.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $92,646.88 - $111,574.73 per year
