What are the responsibilities and job description for the Greeter position at Practice Setup?
A greeter is a professional who provides positive patient interaction while supplying general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The greeter’s primary duty is to greet patients upon their arrival, calling patients back to be roomed for the provider(s), preparing room for visit, confirming all necessary demographic information, assisting patients after visit to be checked out or further appointments needed. All while learning medical assisting skillsets. Additional tasks and/or projects given by management as needed to complete.
