YOUR EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • High School degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Three (3) to five (5) years administrative experience
  • Experience with managing multiple people’s schedules preferred
  • Flexibility and receptivity to new or different ways of doing things
  • Positive attitude, helpful demeanor, and team orientation
  • Strong focus on quality and attention to detail
  • Professional presence, effective communication and grammar usage
  • Exceptional integrity and ability to appropriately handle confidential information
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to work at a fast pace
  • High technological aptitude and expertise in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams & Outlook

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
