YOUR EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES:
- High School degree required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Three (3) to five (5) years administrative experience
- Experience with managing multiple people’s schedules preferred
- Flexibility and receptivity to new or different ways of doing things
- Positive attitude, helpful demeanor, and team orientation
- Strong focus on quality and attention to detail
- Professional presence, effective communication and grammar usage
- Exceptional integrity and ability to appropriately handle confidential information
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to work at a fast pace
- High technological aptitude and expertise in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams & Outlook
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
