Core responsibilities:
- Drive performance and manage by objectives and key results
- Manage a team of 3 - 6 first-line managers
- Maniacal focus on client satisfaction during service delivery
- Oversee team's resource utilization, revenue, and gross margin
- Enhance, improve, and streamline service line offerings
- Mentor, develop, and retain direct reports
- Assist sales in scoping new business opportunities
- Assist sales in managing existing client relationships
Desired Qualifications:
- 10 years of industry experience
- Prior cybersecurity consulting experience
- Prior fluency in an outward and customer-facing role
- Prior fluency in people and project management
- Prior fluency managing a technical team
- Bachelors in business, computer science, engineering, physics, or mathematics
1 qualifications:
- Prior experience communicating with c-suite executives and board of directors
- Familiarity with common development practices such as waterfall, agile, and scrum
- Familiarity with software maturity models such as OpenSAMM, BSIMM, and SDL
- Familiarity with security design patterns, cloud blueprints, and common architectures
- Familiarity with NIST CSF and other risk frameworks and governance models
- Familiarity with Google Beyond Corp and other advanced defensive design models
- Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK and various detection response solutions
- Familiarity with offensive security, advanced attack and pen, and red teams
- Familiarity with threat hunting, incident readiness, and incident response
- Advanced degree or MBA

Targeted Base Salary:
- Annual Base of 180K - 220K
- To account for higher cost of living areas, we have modified our salaries for the following metropolitan areas:
- Seattle: 208K - 255K
- New York: 217K - 242K
- Boston: 189K - 231K
- Washington DC: 208K - 254K
- San Francisco: 239K - 292K
