BVHC is looking for a full time NAR or NA Trainee to work evening shifts with every other weekend. This position is an 8/80 work week rule for overtime and will work approximately 60-80 hours every 2 weeks.
If you do not have a current NAR license, don't worry! BVHC will train you and pay for you to take the Nursing Assistant Test in MN. All scheduled NAR staff are required to work every other weekend.
Benefits offered for those that work 30 hours or more a week included: Starting wage of $17.00 per hour for those that are currently not registered as a NAR or $19.22 per hour if you hold an active NAR license; increase with experience. Job Summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to carry out direct care to ensure that the highest standard of nursing services is maintained at all times.
Job Requirements:
- Nursing Assistant (NAR) on the MN State Registry in good standing or the ability and plan to complete Nursing Assistant course work and/or complete skills and written competency testing in accordance with regulations and care center policy.
