This full-time position will utilize the nursing process in providing care and includes the process in documentation, identifying unusual conditions, and use initiative and judgment to carry out an appropriate response.
Other responsibilities include:
- Provide nursing care for all patients in accordance with established standards, policies, procedures, licensure, and scope of practice
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments and patient-specific care to patients per approved nursing techniques
- Responsible for complete patient assessment and documents on the Cardiac Cath Flow sheet
- Demonstrate ability to function as scrub nurse, circulating nurse, and do hemodynamic monitoring
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved Registered Nurse Program Holds or is eligible for current licensure in the State of South Dakota.
- CPR required and must be eligible for (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
- Minimum of 1-year Critical Care experience required, prior Cath Lab experience preferred.
