Spa Manager Job Description

Prana Nail Lounge is looking for a Spa Manager to join our team! We are a small business that unfortunately closed down during COVID due to staffing issues. We are now planning to re-open our beautiful spa doors and make it even better than it was before! We need someone who has experience in a managment position and is self-motivated and driven. We want someone who can truly see the potential that our spa has and can get the wheels rolling back into motion. It's important to find omeone who is looking to grow with the company and to be a good leader/advocate.

Job Description:

The Spa Manager will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing the nail spa, and assisting in the daily operations of the spa. This position will require a manager who can interview and hire high quality nail technicians and get the company back up and running. They need to pay a lot of attention to detail and is able to multitask. The Spa Manager will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized work environment, making sure equipment is functioning correctly, maintaining inventory and health code regulations, scheduling appointments, and booking spa services.

Requirements:

• Previous management experience required (nail spa experience preferred)
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Must be available to work weekends if needed
• Must have good customer service skills
• Must have good organizational skills
• Must have good communication skills (phone, email, text)
• Must have good computer skills (must know windows 10)
• Must be reliable, punctual, and dependable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
