The 229 Production Campaigns Manager (PCM) is a key member of the F100 Integrated Program Management Team (IPMT) to ensure program growth, engine safety, reliability and supportability are successfully maintained for nearly 1,100 engines in operation in world-wide fleets.
You will have the ability to build trust and strong working relationships with USAF & DCMA customers, partners, and internal organizations, especially Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, and the Engine Center. Creating a shared vision, strategic alignment, focus on results, customer focus, business judgment and developing talent are key competencies for this position.
The 229 PCM must be detail and results oriented with good problem-solving skills. You must have the ability to deliver on commitments while balancing strategic, business and competing priorities.
The position offers the opportunity to positively impact the future of the F100 Program and to directly impact Military Engines and P&W financials.
This role reports to the Associate Director, Production & Campaigns Manager, F100 Program.
The F100-PW-229 Production Program Management team is responsible for all aspects of the F100-PW-229 engine model management and the strategies and initiatives associated with new engine and module campaigns. This role will work closely with multiple sites, suppliers, and leadership to ensure campaign milestones are documented and the projects are proceeding on schedule and within scope. This will be within a matrix organization; therefore, the role will be responsible for managing resources and functional owners to ensure execution of deliverables.
