Description
The Maintenance Manager directs personnel engaged in maintenance operations (troubleshoot, inspect, repair, make reliable and improve) to assure timely and cost-effective services, to comply with Safety, Food Safety and Environmental highest standards, and to support operational and manufacturing goals at the Prayon site.
Qualifications
Minimum
- Education: Associate degree in Industrial maintenance or 10 Years of Maintenance Management/Supervision in a chemical plant or similar manufacturing facility.
- Experience: Eight (8) or more years of experience in a Maintenance Department management position for a chemical plant or similar manufacturing facility with demonstrated skills and results in the areas of work order planning & scheduling, job execution and budget management (portfolio of $5M to $10M).
Preferred
- Education: Engineering/Project Management Certificate or MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Sixteen (16) or more years of experience in a Maintenance Department management position for a chemical plant or similar manufacturing facility with demonstrated skills and results in the areas of work order planning & scheduling, job execution and budget management (portfolio of $5M to $15M).
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Professional engineering certification (PE)
