This position offers the flexibility of Hybrid remote schedule although candidate must be located within reasonable commuting distance from our office in Doral.
Job Description
The Condominium Specialist will be responsible for retrieving governing and other documents from Condominium Associations nationwide. This role interacts with property management companies and board members by phone and email to request documents needed from the Condominium Association. The candidate will be able to adhere to turn time commitments while working in high volume environment.
Key Role Responsibilities
· Research and Identify management company of Condominium Associations nationwide.
· Contact via phone or email and confirm document request procedures.
· Request Condominium association governing and other documents as required.
· Perform continued follow up on the status of documents requested until received.
· Understand governing documents and be able to read and discern CCR’s, Bylaws, reserve studies for Condominium association.
· Validate acceptable documentation has been received.
Skills Required:
· Must be able to prioritize work to ensure completion of assignments.
· Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and change functions with ease.
· Must be Internet Savvy.
· Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
· Must be detailed oriented.
· Must be able to work independently.
· Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word), Adobe Acrobat, and Google Earth (file conversion and import/export ability required)
Prior Condominium Association experience, document request, or internet research preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $19.50 per hour
