Social Media & Content Coordinator
- Lead social channels, audience growth strategies, and social campaigns including organic and social influencer campaigns.
- Deliver clear direction and inspiration to creative teams and oversee creative development to ensure content fulfills channel strategy.
- Track KPIs and measure success by driving continuous improvement with a deeply analytical and data driven approach; report out to leadership team
- Write clean, clear copy with authentic brand voice across all marketing and brand touchpoints.
- Manage internal company newsletter and other brand publications, coordinating stories, writing copy, and executing vision.
- Manage cross-channel content calendar for overall programming to ensure tactics ladder to overall brand strategy and goals.
- Collaborate with internal creative and direct-to-consumer teams to optimize for engagement and conversion.
- Serve as a social expert internally and liaison externally with social platforms on their direction, best practices, and new opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with new platforms, content formats, and practices to keep our channels relevant

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, e-Commerce, social media or other relevant degree
- 4 years in social media and digital marketing
- MUST HAVE Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest and LinkedIn experience, Tik Tok and Twitter desirable too.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, both with internal team and external customers
- Thorough understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC
- Experience with online advertising platforms and analytics packages, including Google Analytics, Ad Words, Bing Ads, Facebook, as well as remarking tools and product feeds.
- Must be a go-getter, ready to work hard, be accountable and lead team members to success through eCommerce!
