JOB DESCRIPTION
We are currently looking for a skilled Iterative Development Lead to join our Team for one or more programs under a major program within the DOL.
Qualified candidate must have or can attain a Public Trust Level 6(c) clearance
REQUIREMENTS
• Has a minimum of seven (7) years’ experience leading iterative development teams that created solutions that meet customer needs and deployed those solutions to a Cloud production environment according to the sprint schedule
• Maintains certification as a Sprint Team lead (such as Certified Scrum Master)
Responsibilities:
• Incorporates iterative development best practices into the team environment (includes training, leadership, establishing policies the team will follow, defining metrics to use, etc.)
• Facilitates the sprint meetings (includes planning, communicating, etc.)
• Ensures team roles are filled with competent and responsive personnel
• Assist the “Product Owner” or similar position and/or Government personnel through reviews that are needed during the sprints (e.g. backlog reviews, Assist Government personnel in creating/reviewing materials unnecessary for the sprints (i.e.Product Vision, User Stories
• Assists/oversees maintenance of metrics (such as burn down charts)
• Identifies and remove obstacles that prohibit the team from success
• Regularly communicates with the PgM, PjM, and stakeholder groups (such as Executive Management, User Groups, etc.)
