Job Title: Project Manager-AI Chat Bot
Location: Lake County, IL USA
Compensation: $57.00 per hour, Paid Time off, Company 401k contributions, Health, dental, and vision insurance. Total Annual Compensation including benefits is $131,000.00

Project Manager- AI Chat Bot Responsibilities:
- Works with business and IT management to establish and gain consensus on project goals, objectives and deliverables.
- Project Control: Assess the degree to which changes to scope, issues and risks will affect projects working with division and cross divisional management and sponsor to gain agreement for resolution. Measure performance to assure the project is progressing as compared to original plan and budget
- Executing and Closing Projects: Develops and executes a work plan obtaining authorized resources to ensure all activities are performed. Gather lessons learned and obtain final project approval from sponsor and stakeholders.
- Project Communication: Communicate project progress by producing project reports to provide timely and accurate project status and decision support information to Project Team, Division, Cross Division and Executive management. Makes recommendations based on current project status to resolve issues.
- Quality Mindset: You are responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures. You operate with quality mindset while balancing quality and agility, brining healthy challenges to organizational assumptions

Project Manager- AI Chat Bot Qualifications:
- Must demonstrate previous project management responsibilities, ability for cross-functional problem-solving, change management / implementation.
- Self-starter with ability to juggle multiple initiatives and troubleshoot issues independently.
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to coordinate among cross-functional teams.
- Highly motivated with strong organizational and communication skills are a must.
- Ability to collaborate with others to complete assigned tasks.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in the O365 Suite, including SharePoint and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of Excel is a must, as the individual will be helping create and maintain metrics from Excel workbooks.
- Experience working with Agile and JIRA is a plus
- Change management experience.
- Experience with Chatbots.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience
