Precise Systems is a professional services company currently working for the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, and U.S. Air Force; competing as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) under several NAICS codes. Our core competencies include systems engineering, program and project management, logistics, information technology and cybersecurity, and software development services. We were founded in 1990 and since our establishment, we have been providing cutting-edge solutions and support to our warfighters. We understand and provide expert consultation on network and weapons systems acquisition programs, maintenance/modernization programs, and sustainment programs.  We are currently seeking an Information Assurance Manager to support our PAX River customer. 

 

We are currently seeking Cybersecurity Analysts/Information Assurance Analysts  to support our Patuxent River customer. The candidate will support and perform tasks to protect the Program’s information and information systems. They will ensure the IA tenets of Confidentiality, Integrity, Availably, Authentication, and Non-Repudiation are integrated throughout the Programs’ information systems beginning with the inception and concluding with retirement and/or termination as appropriate. 

 

Candidate should be capable of:

  • Maintaining the information system CS program, and documenting the CS program throughout the Risk Management Framework process
  • Addressing CS in the management of the DoD information system configuration (i.e., systems processing unclassified up to Top Secret-SCI/SAP, etc…)
  • Mitigating identified CS vulnerabilities, and reporting and responding to CS violations and incidents
  • Tracking compliance with the IA Controls (i.e., security requirements) applicable to the DoD information system and reporting CS management review items to AIR 7.2.6, such as C&A status, compliance with personnel security requirements, compliance with training and education requirements, and compliance with CTOs, IAVAs, and other-directed solutions.
  • Ensure that CS inspections, security tests, and reviews (i.e., annual security reviews) are coordinated
  • Ensure that all CS management review items are tracked and reported via DoD Information Technology Portfolio Repository (DITPR) – Department of Navy (DoN) or the C&A process
  • Ensure that all information system CS-related documentation (i.e., MOUs/MOAs, access requests for IT components) are developed, current and accessible to properly authorized individuals
  • Implement and enforce all information system CS policies and procedures, as defined by the security certification and accreditation documentation.
  • Manage the System Authorization Access Request Process (SAAR-N)
  • Respond to all CS-related data calls from PEO(A), AIR 7.2.6, and other DoD entities
  • Ensure that all System Administrators are appropriately appointed in writing via Program Manager
  • Conduct CS Brief for new employees
  • Draft CS Monthly Reports (i.e., Dashboard)
  • Create and provide CS input to Statement of Work, Engineering Documents, Integrated Master Schedule, Information Assurance Strategy, etc…
  • Attending various meetings/conferences related to CS efforts (i.e., ISSM/ISSO Monthly Meetings/ Engineering Reviews/Murderboards, etc…)
  • Address any CS Adhoc matters that may arise

  

Required Education: BA/BS degree in related field required OR 2 years of additional relevant experience will be considered in lieu of each year of education.

Required Skills: Candidates must possess Security+ and/or MS Operating system certification.  CISSP certification is strongly desired.  

 

Clearance Requirement: Must be eligible for or possess a security clearance of TOP SECRET
