PreciseLED, a fast-growing lighting manufacturer, is seeking an Operations Manager for immediate hire.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the President of the company to oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Perform receptionist duties: direct phone calls
- Hiring/Recruiting/Onboarding new members
- Handle Accounts Payable / Account Receivable
- Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data
- Manage internal staff relations
- Team Outing Planning
Requirements:
- Knowledge of QuickBooks
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications or a related field
- Previous experience of Administrative duties and Office Management
- Must have exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to manage team and different departments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Google Calendar
Job Type: Full-time
