Accountable for driving organic growth of the Data Integrity Suite, including customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies by using various approaches to construct a seamless, easy-to-use, experience across the user journey. The Product Growth Manager’s goal is to bring users to experience core product value quickly through the Data Integrity Suite and deliver measurable results. Analyze existing and new technologies in traditionally siloed markets (such as Data Integration, Data Quality, etc.) as well as market developments and competition and develop product technical specifications and requirements according to needs. Gather and prioritize product, industry and customer requirements, realize product vision, and work closely with engineering to oversee and approve product and solution designs, enhancements, and quality. Direct the integration of functional aspects of the product.
Responsibilities
You Will:
Strategic & Market Analysis (40%)
- Understand the vision, capabilities, competitive landscape, and value proposition of the Data Integrity Suite and each market it serves (including Data Integration, Data Observability, Data Governance and Data Quality).
- Create a best-in-market user onboarding experience that minimizes time-to-value.
- Activate users to generate leads, strengthen sales pipeline, drive conversion of free trials, and product-led conversions.
Data Integrity Suite Cross-Module Definition & Execution (40%)
- Identify use cases that cross modules of the Data Integrity Suite – user personas affected, core value propositions, and competitive differentiation.
- Identify product requirements to support core use cases with a guided user journey to entice customers to expand usage of capabilities and use cases.
- Manage ongoing roadmap of product requirements and pipeline of cross-module use cases connected to value delivery.
- Work with engineering and UX design teams to ensure product value delivery is implemented and optimized.
- Implemet a data-driven framework for prioritizing growth-specific product improvements and organizing a testing rhythm
Ensure Customer Adoption (20%)
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Sales to enable sales efforts and demonstration scenarios to effectively communicate the value of the Data Integrity Suite.
- Benchmark value delivered to customers to drive referenceability to help with other opportunities and monitor ongoing adoption.
Qualifications
You Have:
- 5 years of experience.
- Equivalent experience will be accepted in place of the education requirement.
- Deep knowledge of the user journey across multiple applications or capabilities.
- Strong user experience sensibilities with platform UI best practices.
- Ability to operate under tight deadlines while maintaining multiple priorities.
- Experience with enterprise software industry in one or more of the following markets – data integration, data quality, data governance, data catalog, data preparation.
- Previous experience in a formalized product-led growth model.
- Previous experience working in a SaaS software delivery model.
- Experience with software pricing and packaging.
