Job Description: Aesthetic Nurse Injector/Nurse Practitioner

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Aesthetic Nurse Injector/Nurse Practitioner to join our prestigious dermatology practice located in the scenic Texas Hill Country. Responsibilities:

• Perform cosmetic injections including neurotoxins and dermal fillers with precision and artistry.
• Administer laser treatments for skin rejuvenation, hair removal, and other aesthetic purposes.
• Conduct microneedling procedures and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy.
• Utilize innovative techniques such as Brella and Threads to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Assess patient needs, create treatment plans, and provide personalized consultations.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a sterile environment.
• Collaborate effectively with dermatologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated patient care.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, advancements, and best practices in aesthetic medicine.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies to promote cosmetic services and contribute to practice growth.

Qualifications:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Texas.
• Proven experience in performing cosmetic injections, laser treatments, microneedling, and PRP therapy.
• Familiarity with advanced aesthetic procedures such as Brella and Threads is highly desirable.
• Strong aesthetic eye and proficiency in achieving natural-looking results.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
