Precision Heavy Haul is looking for an office administrator to help facilitate day to day operations and tasks. This position would primarily be assisting our dispatch team and a background in transportation or heavy hauling would be preferred.
Job Duties to Include:
-Assist in answering the phones and speaking with customers
-Entering information into the dispatch software database
-Support all departments with any supplies or parts ordering
-Organizing documents and keeping compliance among various departments
-Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency
-Back up the dispatch department to ensure timely deliveries and good customer service
We are looking for skills and qualifications that include:
-Time management and organization skills
-Outstanding communication skills in writing and on the phone
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Familiarity with common procedures and basic transportation terminology
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
