- Attend and participate in daily morning safety meetings, pre-lift meetings if the crew you are supervising will be involved with the lift, and any other safety meeting held onsite.
- Take direction from the Superintendent or the General Foreman on the task that you will oversee.
- Ensure that the crew working under your supervision follows all safety protocols and has proper permits and documentation before work starts.
- Ensure that the crew working under your supervision stays productive.
- Report any issues or problems encountered to the General Foreman or Superintendent to get resolution.
- Report any damage to tools or equipment immediately to the General Forman or Superintendent.
- Report any accidents from you crew immediately to the General Foreman or the Superintendent.
