Precision of New Hampton is seeking Call Center Agents.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to customers
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve performance goals
- Follow call center scripts and procedures to provide consistent service to customers
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (verbal and written communication skills)
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology is a plus
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
