Our client is an employee and Service-Disabled, Veteran-owned Small Business focused on providing niche technical services. They are a team of experienced Cyber Security professionals with a track record of success in the Federal, Commercial, and Academic workspaces. Additionally, our client designs, builds, operates, and secures scalable cloud and IT infrastructures to meet their customers’ near-term needs and fulfill their long-term requirements.
Responsibilities
Our client is looking for a Policy Governance Analyst to join their team! This individual will be support all technical delivery and related tasks as part of a team of technical resources
- The Policy Analyst provides knowledge and experience relevant in an intelligence domain and applies the knowledge to the development of policies, plans, strategies; assists in implementing such functions; and monitors and evaluates progress and outcomes of these actions
- Applies knowledge of the subject matter to analyze and solve problems in areas, facilitate engagements and collaboration, and ensure effective and efficient operations
- In addition to substantive topic knowledge, the Policy Analyst may analyze other related factors of programs including finance, accounting, information technology, human resources, research and analysis, or other program support
- Assists in leading and participates in processing business requirements including but not limited to, analysis, evaluation, and implementation of systems or processes
- Plans, designs, and conducts studies including risk analyses, contingency planning, and feasibility studies
- Creates program work products such as policies, procedures, strategies, reports, correspondence, presentations, plans, and spreadsheets
Requirements
- 5 years of related experience is required
- Experience in policy analysis within intelligence or cyber security domains
- Proficiency in cloud and IT infrastructure design, operation, and security.
- Knowledgeable in risk analysis, contingency planning, and feasibility studies
- Skilled in problem-solving within cyber security, IT, and intelligence areas
- Ability to process, analyze, and implement business requirements
- Competent in conducting studies and evaluations
- Proficiency in creating reports, policies, procedures, and strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in facilitating collaborations and leading teams
- Understanding of finance, accounting, human resources, research, and analysis in program support
- Capability to manage presentations, plans, and spreadsheets

- Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; an active TS/SCI clearance is required.
