Location in: Minneapolis, MN

• This position is a Full-Time hourly position
• Hourly rate: $20.00
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 5:30am - 2:30pm
• Come join our team and earn a $500 sign on bonus! *Bonus issued in two installments, after 3 months & 6 months of continuous employment pending no disciplinary action issued.
• Hours of operation are variable and scheduled in advance.
• Required possession of a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance coverage, and successful completion of a motor vehicle record check.

Our Specimen Collectors:

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Specimen Collectors to join our team. As a Specimen Collector, you will play a crucial role in the collection and processing of specimens for medical testing. If you have a passion for healthcare and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Duties:

• - Collect specimens from patients following established protocols and procedures
• - Ensure proper identification and labeling of specimens
• - Prepare specimens for transport to the laboratory
• - Maintain accurate records of collected specimens
• - Follow all safety protocols and infection control measures
• - Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• - Familiarity with specimen collection processing techniques
• - Experience working in a clinical laboratory or healthcare setting is preferred
• - Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• - Ability to work well in a team environment
• - Experience with Microsoft 365
