Role Overview
As a Lead Nurture Specialist, your job is essential to our growth. Many individuals are nervous about their first step into fitness, and you will be their guiding light, helping them take that step and book an appointment with our sales associates. You will manage leads from various sources and move them through the pipeline to ensure they attend consultations where our team can help them commit to their fitness journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage All Leads in GoHighLevel software, ensuring they are properly tagged and documented throughout the pipeline.
- Follow-up with all leads according to our Lead Nurture Workflow SOP, with persistence and care.
- Make at least 10 phone calls per lead on average monthly to ensure engagement.
- Encourage leads to book appointments without discussing pricing, focusing on delivering an exceptional experience.
- Provide daily reports on leads and appointments to the Manager.
- Organize and update all lead information and notes in GoHighLevel, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
Requirements

- A passion for assisting clients and guiding them to consultations.
- Speed to lead: Respond to leads within 5 minutes of their inquiry during pre-determined working hours.
- Strong understanding of software systems and a knack for using technology effectively.
- Detail-oriented and committed to accurate documentation.
Results Expected
- A minimum of 40% of leads book appointments.
- A minimum of 40% of leads show up to consultations.
- All leads are properly tagged, tracked, and updated throughout the process.
Compensation
- $15 per hour, plus an additional $10 per lead who attends their scheduled consultation.
- Opportunities to increase the $10 bonus based on meeting specific scheduling and show metrics.
Hours and Location Worked
- An initial 2 week training period must be completed in person at our Arlington Heights location with the General Manager to learn the ropes of the role and ensure consistency and understanding of the role and responsibilities. This will be conducted as a split shift and may increase or decrease in length based on performance.
- Once fully trained, this role may be completed remotely, with speed to lead expected between the hours of 8 am and 7 pm, Monday - Friday, and between the hours of 8 am and 12 pm, Saturday and Sunday.
- A company cell phone will be provided for lead nurture purposes. Use of a tablet or laptop/desktop is not required, but may be helpful for completion of tasks.
