Precision Vehicle Solutions is focused on yard management with specialized knowledge of how to work effectively within the National Automobile Transporters Agreement. PVS also offers a full range of vehicle processing services for origin facilities, destination ramps, and ports.
Working Location: Flint, Michigan - Flint Assembly Plant
Shift: This is an on-call position for all 3 shifts with start times at 6am, 2pm, 10pm
Compensation: $27.04/hour

What You’ll Do

- Safely operating vehicles both on-site and on public roadways.
- Conducting vehicle inspections and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Collaborating closely with team members to maintain operational efficiency.
- Flexibility to adapt to various tasks and duties as assigned by supervisors to support operational needs.
We are seeking a self-motivated and collaborative Shuttle Driver with at least 5 years of driving experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic along with respect for people and our policies and values.
- Strong driving skills with an exemplary level of safety awareness, quality, and compliance.
- Proficiency in operating handheld scanners and other equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Must hold a current, valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass drug screening and criminal background check.
- Work in various indoor and outdoor environments.
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, standard operating procedures, work instructions, procedure manuals, and policies.
- Quickly respond to safety instructions, alarms, and signals.
- Comfortably wear personal protective equipment.
- Frequently navigate a busy environment.
- Occasionally carry, lift, move, push, and/or pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
- Maintain stationary positions for extended durations as needed.
- Demonstrate visual acuity and physical dexterity essential for performing the duties associated with the role.
- This position requires the employee to be onsite.
- Candidates must be flexible and willing to work any assigned shift, as hours and days may vary.
- As an employee, you will be responsible for retaining a valid driver's license, free from any drug or alcohol-related driving convictions or reckless driving and always remain “insurable” while operating company owned or controlled vehicles.
