Job Posting for Accounting Specialist at Preferred Auto Dealerships

We’re seeking a Accounting Specialist to join our team at Preferred Auto Group. This position will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable and various other accounting and administrative duties.

 

Responsibilities

  • Accounts payable
  • Invoice entry
  • Cash disbursements
  • Statement reconciliation
  • Accounts receivable
  • Cash Receipts
  • Billing
  • Collection
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Review and reconcile company credit card statement
  • Communication with customers
  • Assist with journal entries
  • Other duties as necessary

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in accounting
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Highly organized 
  • Willingness to take initiative
  • Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks easily
  • Willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
