- Must be able to be on-call for short notice assignments Monday-Friday with weekly hours ranging from 32 - 40 hours per week.
- Must be willing to travel to client locations in Huntsville and the surrounding area.
- Must be comfortable with pets.
- This position requires adaptability, communication skills, and the ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new settings and clients.
- An experienced on-call/float caregiving position is a flexible and versatile role in the field of caregiving where the individual is responsible for providing assistance and support to various clients in different settings. The on-call/float caregiver fills in when there is a need for additional help allowing for continuity of care and ensuring that the clients' needs are consistently met.
