Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, to provide clinical support with ensuring medical documents are uploaded into the EMR timely and accurately for all Residents in the facility.
Duties Include (but not limited to):
Education
High School Diploma
Experience
Previous experience in Medical Records of Medical Office setting
Physical Demands
Lifting 20 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds; Standing, walking, talking, hearing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, handling, feeling, pushing, fingering, and exerting force to move objects.
