Requirements:

High school graduate or GED equivalency
-
Bilingual: English And Spanish
-
Ability to perform various computer functions for information concerning patient and aide scheduling and coordination, assisting with communication between departments and overall office operations.

Work-related experience, preferably with health care services.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Able to utilize the telephone for internal and external communications.

Ability to work with people of all ages, ethnic and social-economic groups.
Duties & Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Greeting visitors and staff

Perform general office duties

Sorting and filing
-
Sort and stamp daily mail, packages and deliveries

Data entry as needed
-
Monitor supplies and maintain excel spreadsheet for inventory for the front area

Provide support for the general staff

Sign people in for orientation/in-service and other classes
-
Assist in-house staff with daily concerns of visitors and callers

Perform a variety of complicated clerical and computer entry tasks and all other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
