Quality Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our company. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding, monitoring, and leading a team of employees to meet our company goals. You will be responsible for motivating your team, inspiring positive communication, and working together to meet company expectations. You will also be responsible for leading employees in meeting production requirements, troubleshooting any part quality issues, and taking necessary action to resolve them.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Team Lead.
• In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Decision-making skills.
• Ability to diagnose part quality issues and implement necessary action to resolve.
• Ability to diagnose minor mechanical issues and implement necessary action to resolve.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand, bend and twist for extended periods.
• Ability to monitor performance of a project or person and develop action plans for poor performance based upon root cause analysis.
• Ability to manage a multi-shift operation between multiple leads to achieve the best results.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to suggest continuous improvement actions to upper management.

An Ideal Candidate Would:

• Have 2 years or more direct hands on quality Inspection experience (Metal/Automotive)
• Prior direct or indirect leadership in a manufacturing/light industrial setting

• Proven ability to work with minimal additional leadership support
